Stack Hop does not require players to create an account or provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or password.

The Game may use technical information required for multiplayer functionality, including network connection information such as IP addresses and connection-related information. This information may be processed automatically by the multiplayer services used by the Game.

2. Multiplayer

Stack Hop provides an optional real-time multiplayer mode.

Multiplayer functionality uses PeerJS, a WebRTC-based technology, to establish connections between players.

When multiplayer is used, the Game may exchange gameplay information between connected players, such as:

• Player position and movement information

• Game and level information

• Player appearance/skin information

• Multiplayer game status and race results

The Game does not intentionally send players' names, email addresses, passwords, or other directly identifying personal information through the multiplayer gameplay data.

Multiplayer connections may use PeerJS's externally hosted signaling infrastructure to establish the connection between players. Once a WebRTC connection is established, gameplay data may be transmitted directly between connected players.

3. Third-Party Services

The Game uses third-party services to provide multiplayer functionality.

4. Advertising

When played through a platform such as Poki, the platform may provide advertising and related services.

Advertising and platform-related data collection are handled according to the policies of the platform on which the Game is played.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Stack Hop may use browser local storage to save gameplay progress and settings, such as unlocked levels, game settings, skins, accessories, and other local game progress.

This information is stored locally in the player's browser and is not intended to identify the player personally.

6. Children's Privacy

Stack Hop does not knowingly request or require children to provide personal information such as their name, email address, phone number, or password.
